Further study is part of your career
For many people the next step after completing a degree is another qualification. Not because they have ‘failed’ to get into the workforce, but because they either want to add-on something more vocational to a general first degree, or take their academic studies a bit further. If you are one of them, then recognise this as an important career decision – the time you spend studying further is part of your career, and you should be sure of your reasons for doing it.

Perhaps it is something you will do after some work experience (most people will do some sort of further study over time).

If it is postgraduate study in Australia you are after, look at www.thegoodguides.com.au for a comprehensive list of courses, after which you will probably want to go to individual university websites for detail.

The postgraduate pages on www.graduatecareers.com.au are also very helpful.
